Probation: Duration: 3 months
Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 200,00 /month
After probation:
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,40,000 - 4,80,000 /year
INCENTIVES -- Applicable during Probation as well .
Flat 10% on sales , no cap .
Incentive percentage in case any business is generated from the same client by another sales specialist - Client Tagging .
Lifetime client sales tagging. (Lifetime = Tenure until which a employee is with organisation )

- Should have excellent knowledge on frontend and backend development of wordpress.
Should be able to customize themes to meet the requirement.
Should have good implementation knowledge of HTML ,CSS3 ,JAVA SCRIPT,JQUERY
Experience in building user interface for websites or web applications. - Experience in designing and developing responsive design websites.
- Ability to understand CSS changes and their ramifications to ensure consistent style across platforms and browsers .
- Ability to convert comprehensive layout and wireframes into HTML pages.

Salary

There is a flat incentive of 10% for any revenue generated through the client - There is no upper limit of incentive . Earn as much as you can thought incentives .
After successful completion of probation period - Salary will be Rs. 20000/- per month + incentives as explained above.
After successful completion of probation ,company will provide Insurance and other benefits .

We expect people to work from office during the probation period so that a clear understanding is developed on products .
